Babysitter

No one likes to be treated like a child. You guys are already 17, some even 18. We treat you guys like adult because we respect you all. We respect and take all your comments and opinions into consideration. But did you guys learn anything? It seems like nothing. It's very interesting that you guys want to be respected but do not do the same to us. I don't think you guys paid any attention at first, and only few of you did it after being told. You are already an adult, not a baby. We are not the caregivers that are responsible to spoon-feed or babysit you guys. People say that only smart people can enter this school, and I admit that you are smart. However I didn't see you guys have applied any smartness in doing your task. If you guys are satisfied with your performance, I would say that your expectations are way too low. We don't simply organise any event without having enough preparation. If you think that you have prepared well, I guess you are just not suitable to study in this school.

Academic performance does not mean everything. We all are required to participate co-curriculum activities too. For those ghosts who always play truant during co-curriculum session, watch out. I'm very sure that it would be very difficult for you guys to enter local university. Please do not complain or blame any school staff at that time. You ask for it, don't you?

Come on guys, ask yourself. What are you going to learn within this one and a half year? Live your life like a bookworm, you cretin? At the same time, please schedule your timetable wisely. Effective student idolises time management. Squeeze some time for society. You will definitely gain a lot of knowledge and skills that you cannot obtain in your classroom. Application of knowledge and skills can be done via joining your society. Give your contribution. Undoubtedly, you will be a more successful student and leader in the future. Everyone hopes for a brighter future, don't you?

So, first of all, stop pretending you know everything but actually you don't. I don't think it's an embarrassing action if you ask for a helping hand. We are known as seniors, because we have more experience in terms of conducting an event or even in academic. We want to train you guys up so that you guys will face the minimal difficult when comes to that time you guys take over our job. We are not to torture you, but to nurture you. This situation and cycle are just the same after you graduate and involve in working society. Unless you are gregarious enough, or else with your attitude now, it's impossible for you guys to survive in this complex society.
